The Pipton Family of Batesville will be at Burnt Ridge Community Church at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 18. There will be a fish fry from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at 6 p.m. there will be a camp meeting. Through the week, the meeting will start at 7 p.m. with various speakers.

The Van Buren County Republican Committee will holds its monthly meeting Monday, May 20. It will be held at Simmons First National Bank in Clinton. Dinner is at 6 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7 p.m. Guest speakers will be Julie Harris and Nan Ramsey of the 2nd District Republican Women’s Committee.
