The Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce’s Trish Childers hands out trophies Saturday at the conclusion of the annual Chili King Cookoff in downtown Clinton. Grand prize winner was Lane Pruitt . First place trophy was presented to Neil Wilkins on behalf of the Van Buren County Special School, while second place was awarded to CASA. The trophy for best decorated booth went to First Service Bank . Ozark Health was winner of the People’s Choice award, and Marcus Miles, 17, won the jalapeno-eating contest, managing to handle seven big peppers.
