The Nature Conservancy of Arkansas and Southwestern Energy partnered for a volunteer work day along the banks of the Archey Fork of the upper Little Red River in Clinton last week. Volunteers planted trees to aid in the stabilization of the recently restored stream bank. For more than 30 years, The Nature Conservancy in Arkansas has been working proactively with private landowners, businesses, state and federal agencies and other organizations to conserve and restore the lands and waters of the Natural State.
