Well, it is time to remind everyone that it is time for our first Saturday Breakfast at the Scotland School Cafeteria. Saturday Aug 5. We start serving at 8 a.m. and serve until people stop coming. Usually about 8:45 or shortly after. We do not usually run out of food. We still have the same price. $6. We will see all of you there.

There will be a Pool Tournament at the Scotland Senior Center on Saturday August 5. Pool Tournament registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and Bingo at 10:00 a.m. Cash Prizes for Pool and lots of prizes for Bingo. Lunch will be available at noon. This is sponsored by South West Energy.

We are saddened by the death of James Ayers. He will long be remembered as Christian man with a loving spirit. Our prayers go out to the family and friends.

We are still working on the Pig Eye Days Festival. It is going to be November 3-4. This is to raise money for a new roof on the GYM. We will be renting out spaces for Arts and Crafts. We plan on having a huge affair. Plan on coming and participating.

We will have lots of prizes and events that will have cash prizes. We hope to have the flyers out soon. We want everyone to think about dressing like the old days. Lets make this a great event and maybe something we can do each year. If you do something that can be of interest call and let us hear about it.
