The 10th Annual First Responders Dinner took place Saturday night at the Clinton High School Cafeteria. It was, as in year’s past, a chance for the community to recognize those who serve the residents of Van Buren County.

A main theme was a review of the 2008 tornado and its impact on the area. (Most in attendance had a story about that day.) Awards were presented, as well as recognition given to members of the Community Preparedness (CERT) class at Clinton High.

Special thanks were given to sponsors, including the Odd Fellows.
