Every week there is the exercise program at the Alread EH Club. The low-impact strengthening classes are always free and meet every MWF from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Sheila McGrath would like to keep doing the quilting circle every Thursday (from about 9 to 1) but needs at least one more person. If you are interested, please give her a call: 501-745-2389. If you would like to use the EH Club building for a family event, then Sheila is also the person that you want to call about that.
