The 12th annual Arkansas Sportscasters/Sportswriters Hall of Fame is getting set to induct new members on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Centennial Special Events Center - Centennial Country Club in Conway at 6 p.m.

The keynote speaker this years is Arkansas Razorback and Milwaukee Bucks legend, Sidney Moncrief. Sidney was an All-American for the Razorbacks in the late 1970s and an NBA all-star and defensive player of the Bucks in the 1980s.

The inductees this year will be sportscaster David Woodman, former voice of the Arkansas Razorbacks (1974-1977). Dave's presenter will be former KARK-TV, Channel 4 weatherman Tom Bonner.

This year's sportswriter inductee is Nate Allen, who has covered the Razorbacks since the 1970s. Nate will be presented by Donna Lampkin-Stephens, 2016 Hall of Fame sportswriter inductee.

This year's ASCSW Lifetime Achievement Award goes to Cliff Garrison, former head basketball coach and athletic director at Hendrix College. Cliff coached at Hendrix for over 30 years and is on the Charter Board of Directors for the ASCSW Hall of Fame.

Cliff will be presented by Larry Grady, longtime basketball statistician at Hendrix College.

Dr. Arvil Burks of Conway will receive the Member of the Year Award.

Receiving the ASCSW Service Awards will be Bill Pate, Jimmy Rodgers, and the family of David McCollum.
