A Bee Branch man died Monday in a one-car accident on Highway 92 West of Bee Branch.

Aron L. Rusk, 35, was killed when the 1993 Cadillac he was driving crossed the eastbound lanes and ran off the road, according to a report by State Police Trooper Brian K. Johnson. Rusk, who was driving the Cadillac, overcorrected after going off the road and struck a culvert, Johnson reported.

Rusk was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at Ozark Health Medical Center.

Passenger Michael Lankford, 22, of Bee Branch, was not injured. Lankford was wearing a seat belt, Rusk was not, according to the police report.

The accident occurred about 6:40 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6. The report said the roads were dry and the weather was clear at the time of the crash.
