The truck left the roadway just before Highway 16 West and rolled about 205 feet through the grass on the shoulder, the report said. The truck struck a yield sign on Highway 16 West and continued to roll another 68 feet across the highway before becoming airborne for about 40 feet as it entered a deep ditch and struck the ground, the report said.
