Norma Marie Heydenreich (Joiner), 83, of Yukon, Okla., passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Norma was born in Greenwood to Fred and Esther Joiner on May 27, 1934. She was a 1953 graduate of Greenwood High School. Norma worked several years at Farmer’s Bank in Greenwood and later married Raymond Heydenreich on September 18, 1959. They later had two daughters, Karen and Kryste. Norma loved her family and loved to cook, camp and travel.
Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood with burial at Mount Zion Cemetery. Viewing will be held today from 3 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home, where the family will visit with friends and other family members from 4 – 6 p.m.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen Lear of Oklahoma City and Kryste Deleon of Yukon; one son-in-law, Adan Deleon of Yukon; one sister, Mavis Kennedy of La Palma, Calif.; one brother, Vernon Joiner of Fort Smith; three granddaughters, Danielle, Stephanie and Emily Lear of Oklahoma City; and three great-grandchildren, Melody, Harmony and Brandon, Jr. Johnson of Oklahoma City.
Pallbearers will be Pete Joiner, Paul Debour, Jeremy Orick, Glen Davis, Adan Deleon and David Heydenreich.
