Ruby Black celebrated her 90th Birthday on Sunday and there was a great gathering of her many friends and family to help he celebrate.  Happy Birthday, Miss Ruby! (I hope I got this right.)

This is Saturday morning and we are getting ready for our First Saturday Morning Breakfast.  I hope that you will be joining us for Breakfast and then continue to the Senior Center for their Game Day.

It is going to be nice and warm for this week.  The weather people say we may see temperatures in the 70's.  We will welcome a break in the cold.  Next week we will see if the groundhog is going to see his shadow. If he does we are supposed to have six more weeks of winter. Maybe he will be nice to us this year. Of course, I would be mean if they yanked me out of my warm bed and took me out in the cold.  I guess we will wait and see.

We still have several in our community that are very ill and several that are still recovering that need prayer. Let's continue to remember them in our prayers and to check on their recovery.

Steve Ingram passed away and his service was on Monday and Charlie McCoy passed away the next day and his service was held on Wednesday.  These men will be lived in our community for many years and they will be missed and remembered by family and friends.

Be safe and stay warm, and if you have Scotland News, call 592-3935 and we will get it into the paper.
